Intensive Outpatient Program

WBH is proud to offer a transformative mental health Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Our IOP services empower individuals on their journey toward wellness while allowing them to maintain their daily routines. Whether you utilize group or individual therapeutic paths, we are committed to making sure that you have the tools and support network to provide relief and recovery when it comes to mental health and dual diagnosis treatment.

Medication Management

Medication management can be appropriate for individuals when clinically indicated. The appropriate medication can provide individuals with targeted results to allow behavioral interventions to become more effective. In some cases, individuals have been over-prescribed or ineffective medications that need to be adjusted. Tailored medication plans, overseen by qualified professionals, enhance treatment efficacy and contribute to the overall well-being of individuals navigating their recovery journey.

Aftercare Planning

The most important part of treatment is aftercare planning. While in treatment, clients have professional and peer support. However, the transition to a lower level of care can be a vulnerable time, and we are committed to providing comprehensive and realistic aftercare plans for each client prior to discharge. These plans include continuing care in all life domains including individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, medication management, self-help meetings, community resources and more.

Behavioral Health Care Services

Mental Health

Mental health is increasingly becoming recognized as a vital aspect of overall well-being. It encompasses emotional, psychological, and social resilience, and is deserving of understanding, support, and destigmatization.

Substance Use Disorders

Many individuals with mental health conditions, also have co-occurring substance use disorders. Substance use can be a form of self-medication but it complicates the clinical picture and may only temporarily relieve symptoms.

Dual Diagnosis and Co-Occurring Disorders

Dual diagnosis and co-occurring disorder refer to the simultaneous presence of a substance use disorder and a mental health condition. Treatment includes integrated care for comprehensive recovery.

Individual Therapy

We provide a confidential and personalized space where individuals can explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges, working collaboratively with a qualified therapist to promote self-awareness and facilitate positive change.

Group Services

We have created a supportive community where individuals share experiences, learn coping strategies, and receive empathetic understanding, fostering connection and growth in a shared journey towards recovery.

For Families

Behavioral health conditions impact and are affected by family systems. We offer crucial support, education, and resources, fostering a collaborative environment that empowers both individuals and their loved ones to navigate the journey of healing and resilience together.
