Rachel is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Connecticut with over 6 years experience. Rachel started her career working with children and families in home and then transitioned into PHP/IOP and then EDT where she began working with groups.


Over the years, Rachel has come to recognize the need for group therapy and the immense benefits it could have on an individual’s overall well-being. Rachel has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults focusing on many different diagnoses. She is trained in DBT and skilled in crisis management.
