Dana holds a master’s degree in Criminal Justice and Forensic Psychology from the University of New Haven and is currently pursuing a second master’s degree in Social Work to further deepen her clinical knowledge and broaden her impact.

Dana is the Director of Community Forensic Services outpatient team at the Connecticut Mental Health Center, a Department of Mental Health and Addictions Services facility in New Haven where she leads initiatives at the intersection of mental health and the criminal justice system. With nearly 20 years of experience in the mental health and addictions field, Dana has built a career centered on supporting justice-involved individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.

Before joining CT Mental Health Center, Dana served as Director of Forensic Services at a nonprofit organization in the New Haven area. There, she developed and oversaw multiple residential treatment programs tailored to meet the complex needs of mentally ill offenders, ensuring access to care, stability, and community reintegration.
