Rebecca is a trauma-informed Social Worker, Veteran, and Artist dedicated to helping individuals and groups navigate life’s most challenging moments. A graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Social Work, she brings over a decade of experience guiding individuals through co-occurring disorders, substance use challenges, and mental health concerns.

She has extensive experience facilitating groups for substance use recovery and mental health healing, creating safe, supportive spaces where participants can process, grow, and build lasting resilience. Her clinical background includes work in case management, community engagement, residential substance use recovery, and advocacy which has shaped her holistic approach, blending practical tools with a deep respect for each person’s unique journey.

Rebecca also served in the Connecticut Army National Guard, an experience that gives her a firsthand understanding of the pressures of service and the strength it takes to navigate high-stakes environments. Her approach is solution-focused, relational, and inviting — fostering a compassionate space where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to take meaningful steps toward healing and well-being.
