Primary Therapist

Tim has experience working with adults, and couples with a variety of mental health needs. He has treated first responders, (Police, Firefighters, Corrections, EMS, Dispatchers) as well as active military and veterans. He has worked in both an outpatient setting, and an intensive outpatient program setting providing therapeutic guidance and treatments which addressed each person’s individual mental health needs. Tim has experience with trauma-related disorders such as PTSD, depression and mood related disorders, anxiety, attachment and behavioral issues. He has also worked with couples to navigate the complexities of mental health and effective communications skills to strengthen partnership. Tim believes in maintaining a holistic human approach which fosters and encourages personal strengths and growth. He has training in Truama-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Acute Stress Syndrome Stabilization (ASSYST).

Tim recently retired after 10 years as a Police Officer. He understands first hand and clinically the impact of work stress, and trauma that can affect day to day life. His aim is to help those who are struggling, to regain peace/control over their lives.
